I just got an email from that internethsop.it website saying that the CD wil not be released in Italy until September! 'Tis quite annoying.
Do you think that means they are planning on an international release?

Wow, so it hasn't actually been released at all yet then... 'Do Not Disturb' is on the UK album schedules for September, but as far as I can see this is just a rumour. Is anyone here prepared to ring up Virgin and ask them what the deal is?

I just got an email from the person who puts the album release schedule online, and he said that the album will be out in Italy in September and he know doesn't whether it'll be released in the UK.
So as it stands, it looks like the album is being released in Italy in September.

The album won't be getting a release in the UK. Sources claim that Jentina is going to be included in the EMI bloodbath.
You'll hear something soon.

Well, this may be an international release, as I have a friend that is running a Rachel Stevens fansite and has the official album releases in the UK for September (he needs to see Rach's competence) and guess what, he told me that one of the competitors is:
Jentina - Do Not Disturb, scheduled for wether Sept 19 or Sept 25... well he gets trusted sources... so lets just wait, if until the 1st week of September the album hasn't been included in HMV.co.uk or Amazon.co.uk for preorder this will mean that wether not releasing in the UK or beeing pushed back

I don't believe this, and I won't believe it til it's been confirmed. There is no reason why Virgin wouldn't release Mysterious in the UK - it's been tested in Italy, and it's good all the potential to be a hit here in the UK too.

In all honesty I don't think the UK branch of EMI will be releasing anymore Jentina material. Both BAS and FK under performed if you view Jentina as a 'pop' artist.
However, I do think the Italian or European part of EMI are waiting to see how 'Mysterious' does before releasing the album in Italy and before releasing the single and album elsewhere in mainland Europe.
Hopefully the album won't get pulled in Italy because I really want the actual CD and not just digital downloads.
EMI should stop wasting theirs and Jentina's time and put a little effort into TV promotion for Jentina in Italy - it seems they're just throwing money away by not even trying to make the album a success.

Now that we know the album is coming out in Italy in September (instead of this month like we all thought), it's understandable why there was no promotional at all for the album. Presumably they will be promoting the album nearer its release. That said, they could definitely afford to be doing more promo for Mysterious. Performances and appearances would surely push the single in to the top 20.
